Mike Provenzano has spent nearly 20 years as a customer experience leader, focused on analytics, artificial intelligence, and human capital management in SaaS technology organizations. He led Customer Success at InsightSquared and served in a number of customer success, operations, and sales roles with Kenexa and IBM’s Watson Group. As VP of Customer Success at Acrolinx, Mike focuses on ensuring customers can easily identify, deploy, and use our solutions. He focuses on bringing the voice of the customer into everything we do.
