James started working at Acrolinx in 2009 while finishing a degree in Historical Linguistics. Since then, he’s been involved in customer onboarding and linguistic development. He also has a degree in Cognitive Systems and has worked as a technical consultant for artificial intelligence at PwC. As a Solutions Consultant, his current focus is on helping customers get the most out of Acrolinx.
