For over twenty years, Frank Puscher has worked as a freelance journalist in the areas of e-commerce and online marketing. He trains C-level managers to enrich their personal digital competence on a regular basis. Puscher started his career as an editorial member of different publishing houses in Germany, including Burda and the tv station ProSieben. Since 2000, Puscher has also worked as a conference moderator and speaker throughout the European conference scene. Due to his journalistic background, his talks and moderations are neutral, critical, and sometimes casual and funny. Puscher wrote seven books on web design and usability. He lives in Hamburg together with his wife and two sons.
