Since starting as a Technical Author at ASML in 2011, Anke Heskes has been involved in developing and implementing processes, standards and training materials for  work instructions. She has also worked as an architect on several projects to design process and IT solutions for work instructions. Currently she takes part in a project to implement the DITA standard at ASML.
